See when 2017 admission will close ahead of 2018 Jamb exam

JAMB has ordered all institutions to conclude the2017 Admission Processes on or before 25th

January, 2018.

This decision was reached after a meeting held,

by the board, with stakeholders, on issues

concerning admission processes, and the need to

reconcile the academic calendar.

According to the Board’s Head of Media, Fabian

Benjamin, “Candidates who have gained

admissions into various institutions and are yet to

register or do not have admissions by January

25 should begin to make preparations for the

2018 UTME”.

Mr. Fabian also pointed out that UTME results are

currently valid for only 1 year, and the board will

inform candidates if there is any decision to

extend the result validity.

The 2018 UTME will hold between March 9 and

17, while the mock exams would take place in the

first week of February.
